个人简介 高润龙,男,汉族,1993年生,黑龙江省望奎人,工学博士,中山大学“百人计划”助理教授、硕士生导师。主要研究方向是微型核电池和核辐射探测技术,对基于碳化硅、氮化镓、金刚石等新型宽禁带半导体材料的微型核电池及核辐射探测器有着较为深入的理解,特别是在高性能α辐射伏特效应核电池优化机理、先进半导体探测器研发与性能标定等方面积累了较为丰富的研究经验。 研究领域先进核辐射测量技术研究
