引进人才|覃聃文助理教授（核废物的安全处理与处置团队）

覃聃文，“百人计划”引进助理教授，于2020年11月正式加入中山大学中法核工程与技术学院，研究方向为锕系元素的磷酸盐陶瓷固化体。

覃聃文本科和硕士毕业于中山大学中法核工程与技术学院。于2016年获得国家留学基金委资助赴法国国立蒙彼利埃高等化学学院（ENSCM）攻读博士学位，并工作于马尔库尔分离化学研究所（ICSM）。于2020年8月通过博士答辩。主要工作内容包括：陶瓷固化体前驱物的湿法制备工艺、陶瓷固化体的烧结工艺、以及陶瓷固化体的浸出行为。相关工作发表在Journal of Nuclear Materials、Crystal growth & Design、Journal of the European Ceramic Society等核材料及相关领域知名国际学术期刊。

Dr. Danwen QIN joined Sino-French Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Technology (IFCEN) at Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU) as an assistant professor under the “100 talents” program.

Dr. Danwen Qin is one of the first graduates of IFCEN. After his study in IFCEN, founded by China Scholarship Council, Dr. Qin have worked in the Institute for the Separation Chemistry in Marcoule (ICSM, France) and have obtained his PhD degree in chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier (ENSCM) in the August of 2020. His research focus on the monazite-type ceramics matrix aiming for specific conditioning of actinides, which includes the preparation of precursors via wet chemistry roots, the sintering of phosphate-based ceramics, and the lixiviation behaviors of these materials. These works have been published in well-recognized international journals in nuclear materials, such as Journal of Nuclear Materials, Crystal growth & Design, Journal of the European Ceramic Society, etc.
