二、学院简介

　　中法核工程与技术学院是中山大学下设、由中法两国合作共建的工程师学院。学院参照法国高等预科及卓越工程师院校培养模式，采用六至七年培养学制，培养精通三语、具备核工程专业能力的高素质中国工程师。

　　学院自2010年9月正式招收首届学生，凭借法国工程师职称委员会（CTI）权威认证，学院颁发的硕士文凭获欧盟工程师学位认可。

　　学院坐落于中山大学珠海校区，珠海为亚热带滨海花园城市，依山临海、区位优越，紧邻澳门、香港及广州，环境宜居、交通便利。

四、招聘岗位及人数

　　教学型教师3人。

五、岗位主要职责

　　1. 每周平均承担10节45分钟数学课，全年授课34教学周，年度额定教学课时共计324课时；授课语言可为英语或中文，教学覆盖大一至大四多个年级。

　　2. 负责学生日常学业考核、课程考试命题及参考答案编制工作。

　　3. 参与教学大纲修订研讨、各类教学教研会议。

　　4. 按学院安排承担课程口试相关考核工作。

　　5. 完成数学教学相关的其他教研及日常工作任务。

六、应聘条件

(一)教学型教授

　　应热爱教学，具有丰富的教学工作经验，获得教学型副教授职务满5年，或教学型副教授与教学研究并重岗副教授职务合计满5年，教育教学效果好，在教育教学改革、精品课程和精品教材建设、教学团队建设和青年教师培养等方面取得突出业绩。年龄一般不超过50周岁。

(二)教学型副教授

　　应热爱教学，具有较丰富的教学经验，获得讲师职务满2年，或讲师与助理教授职务合计满2年，能较好地承担重要基础课或公共课的教学，完成要求的教学工作量。在教育教学改革和研究方面有较好的成果。年龄一般不超过40周岁。

(三)讲师

　　应具有良好的教育背景，热爱教学，有较好的教学能力，能够承担重要基础课或公共课的教学。年龄一般不超过35周岁。

七、岗位能力要求

　　1. 具备全科型数学专业知识，教学不局限于单一数学细分领域。

　　2. 理念开放包容，能够适配法国精英工程师预科教学模式，并结合学院学生特点灵活调整教学方法。

　　3. 英语水平良好，可胜任英文授课，日常与学院行政及外籍同事工作沟通主要使用英语。

　　4. 具备良好团队协作意识与沟通能力，能够融入教学团队协同工作。

　　5. 恪守教学为本理念，心态积极、富有团队精神，乐于接受教学改革，具备优秀适应能力。

八、学历资质要求

　　1. 须具有博士学位；

　　2. 持有法国数学高级教师资格（agrégation externe de Mathématiques）者优先录用。

九、聘用形式

　　纳入事业编制岗位管理。

　　薪酬由政策性工资、校内绩效工资及其他津贴补贴构成；学校按国家及省市规定统一缴纳社会保险、住房公积金。

Presentation of the organization:

IFCEN is an engineering school created jointly by China and France within Sun Yat-sen University . Its mission is to train, in six or seven years, Chinese trilingual engineers specialized in nuclear engineering, on the French pedagogical model of scientific preparatory classes and grandes écoles.

IFCEN hosted its first class of engineering students in September 2010. The master's degree is recognized in the European Union as a degree in engineering thanks to the accreditation of the Commission of engineering titles (la Commission des titres d’ingénieurs,CTI).

The institute is located on the campus of Zhuhai, a garden city on a pleasant scale, benefiting from a subtropical climate and an exceptional geographical location between sea and mountain, close to Macau, Hong Kong and Guangzhou.

Job description :

The teacher will:

-prepare and deliver an average of ten 45-minute math sessions per week (for 34 school weeks), in English or in Chinese, which may be spread across multiple grade levels (Different levels spread from grade 1 to 4).

-The yearly teaching load is 324 teaching sessions.

-regularly evaluate students and design exam topics and answer keys;

- participate in discussions on syllabus revisions and in pedagogical meetings;

- provide oral examination time (if established);

- participate in other activities related to mathematics education.

Appointment requirements:

1. Teaching Professor

Commitment to professional education is required. Substantial teaching experience is preferred.At least 5 years of experience as an Associate Teaching Professor or Associate Professor in Teaching and Research.Outstanding achievements in teaching, including demonstrated commitment to educational reform, innovative curriculum development, high-quality course and textbook design, effective teaching team building, and mentorship of young educators.Under 50 years old.

2. Associate Teaching Professor

Commitment to professional education is required. Substantial teaching experience is preferred.At least 2 years of experience as a Lecturer or/and Assistant Professor.Proven ability to effectively deliver basic or public courses and meet required teaching workload.A track record of accomplishments in educational reform and research.Under 40 years old.

3. Lecturer

A strong educational background and commitment to teaching is required.Proven ability to effectively deliver basic or public courses.Under 35 years old.

Required skills:

The candidate's mathematical knowledge and skills must be generalist: the teaching will not be limited to a single field.

An open mind is fundamental and the candidate should be able to adapt his/her teaching methods to both the typical methods of the « preparatory classes for grandes écoles » and to the students of the Institute.

A good level of English is essential as teaching will be in English and communication with the administration of the institute and with colleagues is generally in English.

The candidate will be a team player with good interpersonal skills and will be able to work in a supportive team with his/her counterparts.

The main qualities sought in our future colleagues are: a clear focus on teaching, a positive attitude and team spirit, a taste for change and adaptability.

Required diplomas :

　　A doctoral degree.

　　The « agrégation externe deMathématiques » is a big plus.
