实习题目:
对铬涂层锆包壳材料共晶反应机理的研究
The eutectic reaction in Chrome-coated Zircon alloy cladding
实习内容:
铬涂层锆合金包壳中铬-锆共晶反应对包壳的高温氧化及其韧脆特性影响显著,因此本实验旨在研究反应堆中燃料棒的锆包壳材料与含铬涂层间的共晶反应机理,利用高温反应炉探究反应温度,接触面压强、反应物组分等不同因素对于铬锆共晶反应速率的影响。在得出实验数据后,利用移动粒子半隐式方法(MPS)对不同实验参数下的铬锆共晶反应过程进行数值模拟,验证MPS方法对于铬锆共晶反应模拟的适用性并尝试建立铬锆共晶反应模型。
The eutectic reaction in Cr-coated Zr alloy cladding have significant effects on the high-temperature oxidation and mechanical properties of the cladding. Therefore, this experiment aims to investigate the eutectic reaction mechanism between the Zr cladding material and the Cr-containing coating. The high-temperature reaction furnace is used to explore the influence of different factors such as reaction temperature, contact surface pressure, and reactant composition on the eutectic reaction rate between Cr and Zr. After obtaining the experimental data, the moving particle semi-implicit method (MPS) is used to numerically simulate the eutectic reaction process between Cr and Zr under different experimental parameters to verify the applicability of the MPS method for simulating the eutectic reaction, and attempt to establish a eutectic reaction model for Cr-coated Zr alloy cladding.

铅冷快堆严重事故下FCI特性研究
Characterization of FCI under severe accidents in lead-cooled fast reactors
实习内容:
本实验研究的对象为第四代反应堆中的铅冷快堆在发生严重堆芯解体事故(CDA)之后,熔融燃料和其他堆芯熔融物注入冷却剂后发生的碎裂行为。
本实验着重关注冷却剂物性参数对熔融物碎化行为的研究。使用高温加热设备等实验仪器以调整实验参数,随后对碎化物进行球形度、尺寸、碎片床孔隙率的测量。在得出实验数据后,使用Rayleigh-Taylor不稳定性、Weber数理论、Kelvin-Helmholtz不稳定性、Froude数理论等方法,探究与验证冷却剂物性对碎化行为的影响。
This experiment investigates the fragmentation behavior of molten fuel and other core melt injected into the coolant after a severe core disintegration accident (CDA) in a lead-cooled fast reactor of Generation IV reactor.
This experiment focuses on the study of the melt fragmentation behavior by coolant physical parameters. Experimental apparatus such as high-temperature heating equipment were used to adjust experimental parameters, followed by measurements of sphericity, size, and fragment bed porosity of the fragmented material. After the experimental data were obtained, the influence of coolant properties on the fragmentation behavior was investigated and verified using Rayleigh-Taylor instability, Weber number theory, Kelvin-Helmholtz instability, and Froude number theory.

Research on Film Boiling Heat Transfer Characteristics based on MPS Method
实习内容:
基于MPS方法进行二维膜态沸腾传热特性研究,验证二维水平面膜态沸腾模型的准确性和稳定性,研究粒子大小对模拟的影响。二维水平面膜态沸腾传热特性研究,模拟二维水平面膜态沸腾中动力粘度、密度、壁面过热度对传热速率和气液交界面的影响,并且对结果进行分析。研究二维球体表面膜态沸腾,采用MPS方法,针对球体表面膜态沸腾进行传热特性研究。
Conducting two-dimensional horizontal plate flim boiling heat transfer characterization based on the MPS method research. Verify the accuracy and stability of the two-dimensional horizontal plate film boiling model and study the effect of particle size on the simulation. Research the heat transfer characteristics of two-dimensional horizontal membrane state boiling, simulate the effects of kinetic viscosity, density, and wall superheat on the heat transfer rate and gas-liquid interface in two-dimensional horizontal plate film boiling, and analyze the results. Research two-dimensional sphere surface film boiling, using the MPS method, for the sphere surface film boiling heat transfer characteristics.

Study on quenching characteristics of new fuel cladding under LOCA
实习内容:
将参与搭建与调试实验燃料包壳淬火实验台架,开展不同工况下燃料包壳淬火试验,分析和处理实验数据,总结规律,探究新型燃料包壳在失水事故下的淬火特性。
Participate in the construction and commissioning of experimental fuel cladding quenching test bench, carry out fuel cladding quenching tests under different working conditions, analyze and process experimental data, summarize rules, and explore the quenching characteristics of new fuel cladding under loss of coolant accidents.
